Priced at 89.95, this is an option you order when purchasing a new Castair industrial compressor — the meter arrives pre-wired and panel-mounted, saving installation labor and ensuring it is correctly wired into the motor circuit from the factory. The meter counts operating hours on the running motor. Every hour the compressor pump runs, the counter advances. It does not count time when the motor is off — so at 800 hours, you change the oil. At the appropriate interval for your unit, you service the valves. Straightforward maintenance tracking with no guesswork.
