The Castair 3-BX64 is a BX-section cogged V-belt with a 64-inch outside circumference, engineered as a direct replacement for Cast Air compressor drives that specify this belt. If your compressor left the factory with a cogged belt, it needs to come back with a cogged belt — the BX designation is not interchangeable with a standard smooth-back B64. The difference matters in service life, heat buildup, and efficiency, and swapping in the wrong profile is a shortcut that costs you more in the long run.

Cogged Belt Advantages
