Castair C-RS12 — 1/2" Pressure Regulator with Gauge, 250 PSI, 104 CFM
The C-RS12 is a 1/2-inch NPT standard-size pressure regulator with gauge from Castair — regulation only, no filter bowl. It handles pressure control at 1/2-inch drops and main lines where a separate upstream filter is already in place or where the air supply is already clean enough that additional filtration at this point is not required.
At 104 CFM and 250 PSI maximum, the C-RS12 covers most single-station and small multi-tool installations. If you need both filtration and regulation in one housing at this port size, the C-FRS12 combo unit gives you both with a gauge and 5-micron filter bowl in one package.
What This Unit Does
- Pressure Regulation: Maintains downstream pressure at a set point through supply pressure fluctuations during compressor on/off cycles.
- Gauge Included: Downstream pressure visible at the unit — no separate gauge installation needed.
- Regulator Only: No particulate filter. Install a C-FS12 or C-FRS12 upstream if contamination control is needed.
- 1/2" NPT Female Connections: Standard threads for 1/2-inch pipe and fittings.
