Castair C-F9 Coalescing Filter Element -- 9000 Series, Fits C-CF10
The Castair C-F9 is the replacement coalescing element for the C-CF10 coalescing filter (1-inch NPT, 150 CFM, 250 PSI). When the DPI indicator on the C-CF10 housing signals that the element is loaded, or when scheduled maintenance calls for a change, the C-F9 restores 0.01-micron coalescing performance without replacing the filter body. The 9000 series element is larger than the 7000 series (C-F7 and C-F7607) -- these are not interchangeable between housing sizes.

When to Replace
Replace when the DPI triggers. In typical shop conditions with a properly maintained prefilter, coalescing elements often last 12 months or longer. Running a loaded element restricts airflow, increases compressor load, and allows oil-contaminated air downstream.
