No factory-mounted magnetic starter — this is the base configuration for shops with existing starter panels or those who need to integrate into a custom control system. When Does a Shop Need This?
If you have an existing starter panel or your electrician prefers to source starters independently, the C3516V60 is the more flexible option. Same compressor as the -S, just without the pre-installed starter. The vertical tank makes sense when floor space is tight and ceiling height is adequate.
