Castair CLB3434 — 3/4" x 3/4" Inline Check Valve, NPT Female Inlet/Outlet
The CLB3434 is a 3/4-inch by 3/4-inch NPT female inline check valve from Castair. It sits at the mid-point of the CLB series — larger than the 1/2-inch CLB1212 for installations with higher flow volume, and a step below the 1-inch CLB1010 used on the largest main lines. If your distribution system runs 3/4-inch main pipe, this is the inline check valve that matches it.
Female NPT connections on both inlet and outlet thread onto male nipples or fittings for straight inline installation in 3/4-inch pipe runs. Used wherever one-way flow needs to be enforced in a 3/4-inch compressed air line — between compressors and a shared receiver, at zone branch points, or as a secondary check on high-cycle installations.
What This Unit Does
- One-Way Flow Control: Air passes in the intended direction. On pressure drop or shutdown, the check closes to hold downstream pressure and prevent backflow into the supply side.
- 3/4" NPT Female Both Ends: Standard threads fit 3/4-inch male NPT nipples and fittings directly — no reducers or adapters for a 3/4-inch installation.
- Inline Body: Straight-through design for clean inline pipe installation without offset connections.
