Castair CE3434 Compression Elbow -- 3/4-inch x 3/4-inch
The Castair CE3434 is a 3/4-inch x 3/4-inch compression elbow for air compressor discharge tube assemblies. It handles 90-degree direction changes in the copper discharge tube run on larger Castair compressors -- commercial series, industrial series, and any unit where the discharge connection uses 3/4-inch copper tubing (CT75). No soldering or flare tools are required for installation or service.
The 3/4-inch discharge tube hardware -- including the CE3434 elbow and the CA3434 straight adaptor -- is used on higher-output compressors where the larger tube bore handles greater CFM discharge volume. If you are rebuilding the discharge tube assembly on a Castair commercial or industrial series unit with a 3/4-inch outlet, the CE3434 is the 90-degree fitting for routing direction changes.

Installation Notes
Cut tube ends square and deburr before inserting into the compression fitting. Inspect the tube end and compression nut for damage when replacing a failed elbow -- reusing damaged ferrules or nuts will result in leaks. Check for leaks after installation before running under load.
