The Castair G151860B is a 1/8-inch NPT back-mount pressure gauge with a 1.5-inch dial face, reading 0 to 60 PSI. Priced at $11.01, this is the low-range version of Cast Air's 1.5-inch gauge lineup — same physical form factor as the G151816B (0-160 PSI), but with a scale calibrated for lower-pressure applications.
A 0-60 PSI gauge gives you much finer resolution in the 0-60 PSI working range than a 0-160 PSI gauge would. If your application involves monitoring regulated output pressure — a point-of-use regulator set to 30-45 PSI for air tools, a tire inflator station, or a paint gun regulator — the 0-60 PSI range fills the scale with useful resolution instead of leaving the needle sitting in the bottom third of a wide-range gauge.
Key Features
- 1/8 inch NPT connection — fits standard regulator outlet ports, manifold fittings, and small compressor gauge ports
- Back-mount configuration — port exits from the rear for panel or flush-mount installation
- 1.5-inch dial — compact gauge for tight installation spaces
- 0-60 PSI range — higher resolution for regulated low-pressure monitoring
- Genuine Cast Air component — replacement specification for Cast Air regulator and system applications

0-60 PSI vs. 0-160 PSI — Why the Range Matters
This gauge is not for monitoring tank pressure — your storage tank runs 100-150 PSI, which would peg this gauge. This is for the regulated downstream side: after the regulator, where you have set your working pressure to something in the 20-60 PSI range. Using a 0-160 PSI gauge in that position gives you poor resolution — a 5 PSI change in regulated pressure barely moves the needle. The 0-60 PSI gauge shows you exactly where your regulated pressure sits.
Applications
- Regulator outlet pressure monitoring (air tools, spray guns, blow guns)
- Tire inflation station pressure display
- Low-pressure pneumatic control circuit monitoring
- Paint booth regulator panels and spray equipment stations
