Installation Notes
Make sure tube ends are clean, square-cut, and free of burrs before inserting into the compression fitting. Overtightening a compression elbow can deform the ferrule -- hand-tight plus approximately 1-1/4 turns with a wrench is the standard starting point for 1/2-inch compression hardware. Check for leaks before putting the compressor back into service.
